Sections of the house were built as early as the 12th century and Haddon Halls impressive beauty and atmosphere means its a popular filming location, featuring in at least three versions of Jane Eyre, The Other Boleyn Girl and Pride and Prejudice.
Children will enjoy exploring Haddons enchanting grounds, with the house as an impressive backdrop. Let their imaginations run wild as they soak in the wonderful atmosphere exuded by the medieval house. There is also an annual childrens music event with garden games, archery, dressing up, story telling and more!
