Set in over 500 acres of countryside, Kenyon Hall farm is a real working family farm, with Farm Shop, Café, Plant Centre and Pick Your Own Fields.
To inspire the next generation of little farmers, Kenyon Hall farm welcomes children for a little learning and a lot of fun with their Junior farm activities. With a different theme occurring each month, there’s something for every child from ‘Tractors galore’ and ‘grow your own veggies’ to ‘planting pumpkins’ and ‘chickens and eggs’.
Children can enjoy being one with nature when they visit Kenyon Hall farm to pick their own fruits or vegetables. Season starts in June with pick your own strawberries. Other produce includes blackberries, raspberries, sweetcorn, peas and of course, pumpkins. Your trip could be extended with a visit to the plant shop to buy your own seeds, and encourage your little gardeners to grow their own at home.
At Kenyon Hall café, everything served is made from scratch using fresh, local ingredients with seating indoors and out.
The kids play area is free to use and consists of slide, swings, hay bales and a tractor for our future farmers to pose for a photo or enjoy some imaginative play.
Additional information: *A maize maze runs seasonally with a different theme each year. Families will embark on a range of challenges and work together to exit the maize maze….. A great option when looking for things to do with kids in Warrington, Cheshire.
