Llandudno Chocolate Experience

EAT CHOCOLATE AND EXPLORE ITS HISTORY...

Description

For a day out with kids in Llandudno, North Wales with a difference, why not treat your taste buds with a visit to Llandudno Chocolate Experience?

Go off on a chocolate adventure on a quest to learn all about the history of chocolate. Begin your culinary journey 5000 years ago in the Mayan Jungles, head to the only Aztec Temple you will ever find in Llandudno, explore the Moroccan tent, learn about the cargo hold of a 17th century sailing ship, before finishing your chocolate adventure back in the Golden age of British chocolate. There are nine different eras to explore, each offering some tasty chocolate samples to keep energy levels up for little explorers on their expedition. After all, why simply read about the history of chocolate when you can taste it too?

Children will enjoy the range of activities available as parents/carers can reminisce in ‘Memory Lane’ which features hundreds of chocolate wrappers, boxes and tins from the last 100 years or so. When the chocolatiers are at work, you may even be able to take a sneaky peek at them in action!
