A visit to Stretton Water Mill will allow families to step back in time and learn all about the history of one of the countries best preserved water powered corn mills. Your guide will be one of the millers who will help to bring the history of the mill to life. Visitors can see the machinery back in action as they watch the wooden water wheel turn once more. Children can also have a go at milling grain, and listen to the stories of those who worked at the mill.
Other areas include a 19th century stable which houses an exhibition, and pleasant grounds to explore, and a picnic area.
