Specially designed Yoga classes to uplift, inspire and empower children aged 5-10.
Mixing the core elements of traditional yoga with mindfulness fun, games and partner poses this weekly workshop is designed to help provide children with a rewarding physical, emotional and intellectual experience.

The long summer holidays can be busy and over stimulating for a child, this 4 week block of classes will encourage them to focus, become aware of their emotions and breathing, explore their imaginations and also build on their confidence, making the long summer a more enjoyable experience for everyone.
