Do you want to take your outdoor cookery skills to a whole new level? We will guide you through a banquet of mouth-watering recipes all of which can be cooked easily outdoors over the campfire.
This one day course looks at a range of inspiring foods that you’ll be able to recreate for yourself. We will learn to prepare and cook; snacks, salads, starters, savoury meals and sweet desserts. All this will take place against the backdrop of our bushcraft basecamp in the beautiful National Trust’s Erddig estate with ancient woodland and open parkland.
