Baby yoga is a fun and interactive class for both parent and baby.
We work through moves to help aid your babies development, involving gentle stretches to help with coordination, the digestive system, and is a great sleep aid.
Parents also enjoy some gentle yoga movements to help stretch out those aches and pains from carrying you baby around whilst incorporating your baby through the use of sensory props and songs.
We enjoy a relaxation at the end of the session and social time to make friends with babies of a similar age.
Baby yoga is suitable from 8 weeks to the crawling stage and is a fantastic follow on from baby massage or a standalone course.
Each baby yoga course lasts for 5 weeks in duration.
Please wear comfortable clothing when attending baby yoga.
