Sensory Massage is an upbeat, cheerful class to support your babies developing needs.
Sensory massage involves our award winning story massage based on a different theme each week, nursery rhymes, lap movements and sensory play.
A refreshment break is provided to give carers the opportunity to relax and socialize whilst your baby enjoys playing with a range of carefully chosen toys to delight their senses.
Sensory massage is suitable from 2 months to 12 months old, your baby can participate in whichever position they are most comfortable – lying down, sitting up etc.
Sensory massage is a perfect follow on course from baby massage and baby yoga, helping you to continue providing your baby with the benefits of positive touch.
(Please note having completed a baby massage or baby yoga course is not a requirement, sensory massage is open to everyone)
Sensory massage will run throughout school term time therefore the duration of each course will vary from term to term.
You are welcomed to join Sensory Massage at any point throughout the term providing space is available.
