Yoga class for both mum and baby. Classes include yoga for baby, yoga for mum and yoga for mum and baby together! It’s a wonderful way to gently exercise while bonding with your baby! Class begins with breathing techniques to help gently build muscles after pregnancy and birth. We then move onto lovely yoga postures for baby. Next we do some yoga postures for mum and baby together and then some yoga just for mum. The postures are all safe postnatal. We end the class by sharing a cuppa and a treat together while having a chat. It’s a great way to meet some like-minded mums.
