Children’s Yoga and Mindfulness classes. Children will learn a variety of postures accompanied by music and story, helping them with co-ordination, balance, strength and focus. Basic breathing techniques are taught in a fun way, giving the children useful tools to self soothe in times of need. These techniques are proven to help control behaviour and bring awareness and understanding to feelings and emotions. Classes are run across Cheshire, in schools and nurseries and out of school clubs.
